Kathmandu, June 2025 — Richmond Fellowship Nepal has been selected as one of the three organizations to receive a government grant for drug treatment and rehabilitation services, as confirmed by a recent notice from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Narcotics Control.

Out of 59 proposals received nationwide, only 23 were found eligible based on the criteria outlined in the Cabinet’s decision dated 2082/03/01 B.S. (15th June 2025 A.D.). Among these, just three organizations were awarded the grant, including Richmond Fellowship Nepal.

The grant aims to support institutions engaged in evidence-based drug treatment and rehabilitation efforts. Richmond Fellowship Nepal’s selection reflects its strong track record and ongoing contribution to community-based psychosocial and rehabilitation services.
